electronic ignintion solex

hi everyone
I dont know if it has anyones interest or the subject has been talked about before ( if so i need to improve my search skills on the site )

But anyway i just mounted an electronic ignition on my velo solex, it works great and it feels like the engine runs a little more smoothly.
I am aware that this isn't the originial idea with the solex, but i feel that my solex have become alot more reliable since i put this on instead of the original set up. I'm thinking that different people have different opinions about their precious machine, but in my mind it is an improvement and not a backstab to the old tradition.

If anyone would like to know more about montage and so on , i will be glad to share my experiences, but if it's not of any interrest it's quite ok, i understand ...

The electronic ignition is great, no more problems with the stupid breakers and the silly capacitor, it times the ignition better att higher rpm.
Tell us all about the brand, how much it costed, where you got it and son on!

But maybe someone could make a comment on this "small" problem.
After installing the iginitor module, the light on solex have become dimmer, its like the spark roll dosn't enduce enough power.
Is a an option to just switch the new spark roll with an old or would that effect the ignition module ?

God ide med denne elektroniske tænding. Du har haft problemer. Hvis de er løst nu med dette system, så er det super.
Jeg har ingen erfaring med dette system. På de nye Black'n Roll S4800 (Kinesisk Solex) sidder der denne elektroniske tændings system.
Dit problem med lyset: Kan du sætte den gamle lysspole på igen, måske denne kinesiske lysspole har mindre effekt end den gamle lysspole.
Jeg kan ikke huske om du havde en lysspole der var OK?

There are interesting with this electronic ignition. On the new Black'n Roll S4800 from china are born with this ignition system. I have no experience with this system. However, I have heard that it is an ignition problem on these Chinese models?? Maybe we should have Briansolex in action here? What are your experiences with these electronic ignitions Brian? jeg har en 3 lys-moduler til at ligge, så jeg prøver at monterer en af dem istedet i eftermiddag. Det er lidt træls at det eneste der ikke virker nu er lyset hehe, den velo sætter mig på prøve ... så er det godt stædighed er mit mellemnavn !
men den elektroniske tændning fungerer super indtil videre, så nu håber jeg at den bliver ved med det, når jeg skifter over til den gamle lysspole igen ...

hvor der er vilje er der vej ...

så fik jeg styr på lyset, du havde ret steen, det var det uoriginale lys modul der var problemet.

det kinesiske lysmodul udledte kun ca. 3,5 v , så det er blevet skiftet ud med et gammelt originalt istedet. Det kræver dog lidt modifikationer , som jeg har lavet en lille billedserie til.

Da modulet skal siddet omvendt på stator pladen, er man nød til at forlænge ledningen der går til lys skruen og klippe den anden ende af kobbervindingen, der er loddet på selve lys-modulet over. Således det også kan forlænges til samlingen ved tændingsmodulet.

så ender modulet med at se sådan ud :

når det så skal monteres vil man være nød til at file lidt af siderne på modulet, ellers kan det ikke være der når man svinghjulet igen. Det tager lidt tid at file det til, så hav tålmodighed.

derefter montere man lysmodulet og gemmer ledninger godt af vejen så de ikke kortslutter, wupti så er der ordentlig lys på veloen igen
